Shannon Wiratchai
"One Shin"
Biography
Born Chanonpat Wiratchai in Bangkok, Shannon Wiratchai is widely regarded as a pioneer of MMA in Thailand, having made his professional debut in 2011 at DARE Championship — then the only MMA promotion in the country. Known for his creative striking system, judo-based trips and throws, and explosive finishing ability, 'One Shin' holds ONE Championship's record for the second-most knockouts in the lightweight division and the organization's second-fastest finish in lightweight history. A six-fight winning streak at his peak included a jaw-dropping 29-second first-round KO. He also founded the OneShin Cup amateur MMA tournament to develop Thai MMA talent — an event that notably featured a young Stamp Fairtex in its second edition. After a 2.5-year absence he returned at ONE Friday Fights in 2023.
